Behaviour Consultation Package
Includes:
A 2-3 hour consultation at your home
A review of background information, including your cat’s medical history, a questionnaire filled in by you and (if required) review of video footage
A written behaviour report helping you understand your cat’s behaviour and how to manage it
Liason with your vet, including written updates
Three 30 minute video calls within the three months following the consultation, to provide you with support and guidance and manage any issues you’ve encountered

For people who previously benefitted from the Behaviour Consultation Package, and would like a little bit more in-person support

I will get in touch with you
Once I’ve received your vet’s referral, I will email you to arrange the consultation, send you a payment link and send you a questionnaire so you can fill me in on your cat’s background and the problems you’re having

I will review your questionnaire and your cat’s medical history (which your vet will send me) before we meet
What to expect

Before we meet, I will go over the information in the questionnaire you filled in and your cat’s veterinary history, to get a good overview of the problem

I will come to your home on the date we’ve arranged to sit and chat with you in more detail about your cat.
I will help you understand the reasons why your cat is behaving the way they are, and we will come up with a plan together to help you work on it.
We’ll also arrange a time for our first video call (usually a few weeks after the consultation)

After our consultation, I will send you and your vet a report outlining the things we discussed and the plan we’ve put in place

We have a video call on the date we arranged to chat through how things are going, and make tweaks to the plan as needed. There will be two more video calls after this one as well, to give you ongoing support as you work through the issue
